A property page, not another login.
The proposed app turns an address, price, beds, baths, description and 10–30 photos into a one-page property website at its own public URL.
One link to share with prospective buyers.
For real estate agents · Pre-launch
A property page, a yard-sign QR code and a printable flyer—from the same listing details and photos. A focused subscription app, currently awaiting feasibility testing.
Preview only. Not accepting subscriptions or publishing listings.
The proposed toolkit
Property page / QR / Flyer
Clear expectations. No inflated promises.
The intended workflow
Designed around the property, not a complicated marketing workspace. Every output starts with the same photos and facts.
These are planned capabilities, not confirmed product features.

An in-app QR code would point directly to the property page, with PNG and print PDF downloads for your yard sign.
A direct connection between print and digital.
A one-page flyer PDF would bring together property photos, listing details and the QR code. No per-listing design service required.
One set of details. Three useful outputs.
Proposed pricing
MadeThis recurring checkout only. No trials, no discounts. When the subscription ends, the intended policy is for the dashboard to lock and property pages to go offline.
Subject to feasibility and launch approval.
Pre-launch preview: checkout is not an invitation to purchase. Any platform-rendered options below are unverified until Phase 0 is complete.
For individuals getting started
$0/month
Phase 0 · Awaiting “go”
First, a restricted-access throwaway test: 20 photos of about 3MB each, checked after a redeploy and on a public page. Then test a unique URL, a scannable QR, a flyer with at least four uploaded photos, subscription expiry and one signup email.
Report pass/fail with URLs and screenshots, observed credits, storage limits and costs, one-day idle cost and export options. Stop if photo hosting fails or storage makes $29/month unprofitable at 50 listings per agent.
Credit estimate: unavailable; task credit costs are not exposed. No test has run.
Before starting: confirm test-photo access, the supported email resource and the approval process for any measurable spend. No build, charge or message starts before written approval.
A focused idea. A deliberate next step.
Listing Test remains a concept until the essential capabilities pass and launch is approved.
